Meet the Kipes
Dustin & Jess Kipe
Dustin and Jess have been married and serving in ministry together for the past four years. As proud parents of six kids, they enjoy spending quality time together, working on home projects that foster their faith family community.
Dustin has had the privilege of serving in various roles within multi-generational, multi-cultural, and multi-location churches. With more than 20 years of full-time ministry experience, his greatest passion is helping people encounter Jesus and develop a deeper, more authentic relationship with Him. Through worship leading, teaching, and faithful service, Dustin creates environments where hearts are open, faith is strengthened, and lives are transformed by the love of Christ. Jess has been involved in the nursing home field since she first began working and has been part of the Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home since 2016, serving in multiple capacities. She carries a deep compassion for the residents and a genuine love for people. Jess also strongly believes in serving the community and has helped launch several compassion-focused outreaches over the past few years, aiming to meet both spiritual and practical needs.
Together, Dustin and Jess share a vision to see Shippensburg transformed by Christ’s love, bringing hope to their community and fostering a vibrant faith family community wherever possible.
